This machine is factory refurbished which means that it was owned for a maximum of 30 days (that was the return policy) and then returned for whatever reason (sometimes people bring them home, wash their decks and then bring them back, claiming a problem). Regardless, the machines are completely disassembled and gone through from top to bottom in an assembly line process. All parts that look suspect are replaced and the machine is outfitted with a brand new hose, gun, spray wand and nozzles. The machines are then tested to make sure everything is as it should be (pressure, gpm, rpm, etc.), and if there was anything wrong with the machine, of course it was corrected.
